
Spinal screenings are Feb. 13 for 6th grade girls and all 8th graders. If you do not want your child screened we must have written documentation by 8:00 a.m. Feb. 13.

Progress Reports were sent home today with your student during 7th period (except for Cutshall's 7th period class-they will go home tomorrow.) Please call the office tomorrow if your child doesn't bring one home.

Letters will go home today regarding spinal screening for all 8th graders and 6th grade girls. If you do not want your child screened, we must have a letter or an email in the office before Feb. 13. Phone calls will not exempt students from this mandatory screening.

The Health Dept will be holding their flu clinic at the school on Nov. 7. Consent forms will be sent home with students and must be returned to the office by Nov. 2.
Forms can also be printed from the school website and returned to the office.

Vision and Hearing Screenings tomorrow for all 6th and 8th graders. Please make sure your child has their glasses or contacts with them!

All 7th graders and new students must have the MCV4 vaccine and all other mandatory shots by Sept. 12. After this deadline, students will not be allowed to attend school until proof of immunization or an exemption has been received by the school. No exceptions.

All 6th graders who are 11 years old by Sept. 1, 2018 must have a TDAP. The deadline to have this vaccine is Oct. 1. After this deadline, your child will not be allowed to attend public school until the vaccine is obtained or an exemption letter has been received by the school.

Student athletic passes can be purchased for $10. No free passes will be issued. They can be purchased at Central Office from Lisa Olmstead or at the High School from Brad Reese.

Student Handbooks, Free/Reduced Lunch forms, and a purple permission slip will go home with middle school students today. Please return the purple sheets, the lunch forms, and the student and nurse information sheets that were given out at open house if you haven't done so.

Any student medications in the nurse's office will be disposed of if they are not picked up by a parent by 1:00 on May 21.

Remember to call the office if you want to sign your student up for summer school or remediation during the month of June!

Middle School: Students are ACT Aspire testing today and tomorrow! Students do not need to be checked out until after 11:00 if possible! Good luck to all the students!
