Certified Teacher and Classified Aide Substitutes:

Individuals wanting to become a PCMI/willSub employee and work in a client district(s) school must meet Federal, State and PCMI/willSub requirements.

In addition to these requirements, the applicant should have some basic experience related to all duties connected to managing a classroom of students or possess the skill set required for position to ensure learning or position objectives are achieved.

The application is a 2 step process

STEP ONE – Once you complete and submit your online application, PCMI/willSub will review the application, required background check & verification process to ensure compliance with Federal, State & PCMI/willSub requirements. Please stop by Administration Office for finger print and child maltreatment forms.

* Please note – We cannot continue to part 2 until both NCBC AND Child Maltreatment results are posted on the Arkansas ADEALS website and this process may take up to 90 days

STEP TWO – Once all of the requirements identified in Step One of the process have been met, an email notice will be sent instructing you to log into your Applitrack account to complete the appropriate hire in, tax and payroll documents.
